The CELF de Rouen is a young school, established
in 2004; but its students are guaranteed to take advantage
of the tuition offered by their teacher, who has been
trained in organizing French language class for 20 years
in Japan, thus competent to serve foreign students. |

The courses are participated by either the
beginners or intermediates. And because it is small-scale,
the class essentially promises the students the teacher's
dedicated instruction. |
